All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger (mostly on women). We are you to read the description and details for each item, that’s where we share all the sizing info. Still have questions about which size to order? We’ve got you, hit up our Customer Care team in our “Contact” tab.
We accept all major credit credit cards. For your convenience, all payment options will appear at checkout.
We don’t currently ship outside of the United States. We are always working to find an economical way to ship worldwide, but just haven't found it yet. You know how it is, longer the distance = pricey shipping. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter below. Our insiders will be the 1st to know when we get started with international shipping.
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 4 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays, will be processed the next business day. Please note any items that are marked pre-sale, will be sent your way shortly after the pre-sale ends.
USPS is our trusted package carrier. They are responsible for the delivery once it leaves our warehouse. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.
One more thing to check, your shipping address. Typos & auto-fills can get us sometimes. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes for you.
Last thing, this would be a real bummer, but we aren’t liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. USPS is usually helpful in this department.
We would be bummed if your items didn’t work out for you, but here's the good news: you have 7 days (starting from the tracking delivery day) to request a shopping credit. We don’t offer exchanges or refunds. Please do not return the item to us without a reply from our Customer Care team. Note: We don’t cover postage costs for returns.
FINAL SALE items are not applicable for shopping credits. FINAL SALE items include: permanently marked down items, sale items, digital products, hats, mugs and books.
To request a shopping credit (for qualified items),or report a faulty/incorrect item, please send us an email at email@example.com with the following info:
• Your name
• Order number
• Name/description of the item ordered
• Name/description of the item received
• Picture of the incorrect item and a description of the incorrect item received
• Description of issue
If the 7 day period has passed, unfortunately cannot process your request.
